Kyle and Kevin from SERVPRO were outstanding during a very stressful situation. After a violent storm knocked out our power, our sump pump stopped working and our basement flooded. We called early in the morning, and they arrived as soon as their business opened. They were honest and upfront about what they could do without power, taking care of the basic cleanup while explaining that they could do little with the trapped water at that point. They returned later, after the damaged carpet was removed, and did an excellent job with the mold inspection and assessment of the water damage. After experiencing water damage that went from our upstairs bathroom all the way down to our basement, Kyle and Trent came out the very next morning to help mitigate the situation. They even connected us with a contractor to help with the repairs. We had SERVPRO pack in and pack out furniture for us during the repair process on our home. They were extremely professional, took great care with our floors as they worked, and went the extra mile to even help us add pads to furniture. I generally don't write reviews, but I was really impressed by the honesty and recommendations that Frank gave me today regarding my basement. A well-known company had previously told me that I needed to do this and that to restore my basement because of the water damage and sewer back-up. As expected, there was a reasonably large price tag associated with their restoration project. However, Frank, who has significant restoration experience, did a thorough review of the basement and told me that I had done a good job in the basement and didn't really need SERVPRO's help, as there were only a few minor things to do. It's rare to find such honesty. Thanks again Frank.
