Rising Sun Cleanup and Restoration

I initially posted a 1 star review about something that happen but upper mgmt/owner (George) took action immediately. Thus, I deleted my initial post to repost it to 5 stars because they deserve it. I appreciate it and can see why they have such a high rating. The SERV’s are definitely PRO’s.

Ethan and Ben did a fabulous job cleaning commercial carpets that had a lot of ground in dirt. They were diligent in their efforts to get them clean. I will always request those two young men when I call again. Thanks guys!

I really want to take a moment and express my Gratitude for the outstanding work ethic that the Carlos and Chase have. There attention to detail is outstanding. I have been pleased with all 6 men that had been in my home. God forbid, if this I didn't work to ever happen again. I would want the same thing crew.

My parents experienced water damage to their home in January. This could not have come at a worse time as my father was on hospice. The entire Servpro team was not only helpful but incredibly compassionate. Ethan went above and beyond to help my mom navigate the process. My mother continues to mention how Ethan’s kindness during this difficult time helped her so much. Anyone we dealt with at Servpro was professional, kind and compassionate. The job was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleaned as if water damage was never present. Will highly recommend Servpro of Cecil County.

Ethan and Ben showed up on time and worked hard all day to clean our ducts. We have two zone heating with two separate systems, which complicates the process and extends the time it takes. They removed all the vent covers and registers and cleaned them thoroughly while they cleaned every duct. It's a messy process with everything coming out of the ducts but they vacuumed and wiped down all the walls and surfaces they touched when providing the service. The ducts came out super clean. Ethan insisted on doing a walk through in every room to make sure everything was put back in order and we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and both Ethan and Ben.

The office was quick to respond to our issue and work was done in an expedient manner. All personnel were courteous and helpful and the crew doing the work did so with care. If you have a flooded basement, as we did, I recommend them highly.
