SERVPRO of Cecil County did a great job of cleaning up and restoring a leak in our condo! They were on time, professional and very respectful that I was working from home while they were here. My only "better-if" would be more clear expectations in the beginning regarding timing, the sequence of events, etc. but again that's a very minor critique on the great work that they did. Between Victor, Mike, Kyler and the rest of the crew, it was a great experience.
This team of young men were the best hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Ethan, Ben, Josh and Rob were outstanding! They almost never took a break and they did a LOT of heavy lifting because I have a lot of “stuff”. It is not fun having water in your basement but they made it tolerable with their super work ethic and positive upbeat attitude.
Mike B and his crew did a great job cleaning up the water mess. They acted swiftly and were very thorough! It really was "Like it never even happened". Thanks SERVPRO!!
Very professional. Called them at 3am and had a call back with crew rolling by 3:45. The crew that came out was courteous, kind, and very careful not to make the problem worse. The clean up price seemed resaonable. I am very thankful for SERVPRO and the treatment they gave my home and my family.
