We returned home after a few hours to the sound of water running in the basement. (Pex joint At rear hose bib separated) Being typical home owners we immediately started damage control, shutting off the water supply, getting the shop vac out, trying to move items, and even remove some carpet to see how bad the damage was. Within a short time we realized water had spread under the walls and soaked carpet and drywall in every room of the basement. As a homeowner we just didn’t have the industrial tools to handle this big of a situation. After contacting our homeowners insurances (which was an automated system and AI chatbot) we were contacted by phone with in about an hour by our local Serve pro. The lady who spoke to my wife was excellent, very calming and reassured us they were going to get us through this mess. Shortly after we got a call from Kevin, then Shawn, Kevin, and Rangel showed up and got to work immediately. They listened to my rambling about what had happened and what action I had already taken. Being the kind of person that normally likes to do things my self, these guys were great about letting me be in the way from time to time lol. They explained every step of the process they were doing, and why they were doing it. When talking with the insurance adjuster via phone the next day and mentioning the Servpro team by name, the adjuster said that team is one of the best in the area and they have all good feedback. Very highly recommend if you need to get water mitigation done in the area, call servepro and ask for Kevin and team.

Kevin and Ranjell delivered in my time of need. The made the best out of a bad situation. They cared for my home the way I would have and minimized the damage that was caused assuring a speedy recovery from this ordeal. At no time did I ever feel misinformed. They educated me every step of the way, explaining each step thoroughly. They arrived early, and stayed late leaving only after each phase of the work was completed. A very professional team. Kevin and Rangel were really good to work with. They were very patient and upfront about what to expect from the work and cost. They were very prompt and always ready to answer any questions we had during the whole process. I am happy to have known these folks and I will them to anyone who needs help in the future.
