Carroll Community College is a two year college that offers associate arts degrees. The campus is located in Westminster, Maryland in rural Carroll County. One can receive an Associates Arts degree in Computers and Technology, Business and Finance, Environment and Conservation, as well as a Nursing and Allied Health degree.
