Mike was a godsend during a difficult day in which I was actually assaulted during a walkthrough of a tenant's room. He was very concerned for my safety, and ultimately proved to be a very genuine person who opted to stay and give a statement to the police officers-who took over an hour to arrive. It was refreshing to be around a good person and I'm sure this reflects on the caliber their general services.

ServPro came out to our house in Westminster when we had water damage from a leak caused by our air handler in the attic. Greg’s crew showed up within the 2 hr window and set up necessary equipment to dry out rooms. He came back once to check on equipment and to cut out drywall/ remove wet insulation. Was very thorough and on the 3rd visit cleaned up and removed equipment. Explained everything in detail. Thanks for your help Greg and ServPro team.
