They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept us updated on any changes, showed up on time, and were consistently responsible and professional. We had such a great experience with Servpro after we had an unexpected ceiling collapse in a first floor bath due to a leak upstairs we knew nothing about. The project manager, Daemon Dills, was very responsive and kept us up to date when his team was coming each day. And I can’t say enough about the crew, Noel and Tim. Noel came the afternoon of the collapse, cleaned up the mess so well you would have never known there was a major issue (except for the missing ceiling), and answered all of my questions on what was a stressful day. And each time Noel and Tim came they answered our questions, explained next steps, and were respectful of our space. They left everything very clean. Bonus, our dog loved them! Couldn’t recommend thus team enough.

ServPro came promptly to begin remediation efforts for a cracked water filter which flooded part of my kitchen and water poured into the room below the kitchen, damaging stored boxes and the carpet. The fans and dehumidifiers remained for 5 days and were able to save the wood floor in the kitchen. They also came promptly to begin the restoration work, all to my satisfaction. The two man crews that came to perform both services were extremely polite and helpful. The crew that came to do the restoration work in the downstairs room had to remove some furniture so that the rug could be put down. This required my computer desk to be taken apart so that it could fit through the door. They did it easily and were very polite and helpful throughout. I could not have asked for a better experience.
