SERVPRO was very quick to respond to my grandmother, Iris Rogers and I ! they were extremely professional. Jackie and Jackie were both absolutely wonderful! If anything ever happens again I will be sure to call them immediately. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess from the fire. Everything is completely spotless, and 100% better, then how it looked even before the fire. If I know anyone that is in need of a service, such as this I will definitely recommend Jackie to help them clean up. It truly is just "Like it never even happened." Hi, I would like to share my experience with SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield. We had our plumbing backed up into two bathrooms. I was so impressed with their foreman or outside Super Billy! If this is not his title it should be! My landlord is 72 yrs old, and was a wreck! He was so kind with her, and explained everything to her so she understood! His knowledge of his job was incredible! He worked well with the plumbing contractor and his crew! He took care of the mess in no time! And still kept remnants and workers smiling through it all! He also saved us what could have been a disaster in the basement had he not been so skilled and good at his job! I can’t say enough of how happy we were with him and his crew! They make their branch of SERVPRO look like professionals!!! Great job! Thank you!!
