I recently had water damage at my kitchen island. I called SERVPRO and they responded very quickly. I wasn't sure how to handle the problem at the time, but they did an excellent job explaining the whole water mitigation and restoration process to me. A big thanks especially to Stone, who helped enormously during the mitigation. He answered all my questions clearly, scheduled the appointment with the field adjuster, came out to inspect my home, and helped set up all the drying equipment. With SERVPRO's help, I was able to remove the kitchen island and flooring and get the affected areas dried out. I really appreciate Stone and the SERVPRO crew for handling the whole process. Highly recommended!

ServPro came to my condo to clean up my kitchen and dining room after a small and contained fire in my oven. There was some fallout from the fire extinguisher chemicals and some smoke. They were here for about 3 days and did a great job!! They were friendly, polite, hard-working and thorough! There was mainly 2 guys here and at one point four guys (Matt, Damon, Andrew and Mason). The project manager was Josh. They all did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. A special shout-out to Matt for being the lead guy on the clean-up crew and walking me through everything that was happening and making sure I understood and addressing any concerns that I had. The folks in the office were helpful as well and got back to me quickly with any questions/concerns I had. I would definitely use them again if I had another issue!
