Corey and Austin went well above and beyond in their personal and professional with the restoration, cleaning, removal in the kitchen and bathroom area with all the cabinets, dry wall, base boards. They came quickly after I called and Corey explained everything they were doing and the whole process. He explained the options and what it would cost and what they were doing to keep the cost down. I appreciated the time they took to take care of my home.
Not all heroes wear capes! Sometimes they show up on a Saturday evening when you think your house is falling apart. After an entire week of dealing with a water issue in my home, having multiple people in and out assessing the damage, and being told I could be looking at anywhere from $10,000 to possibly $30,000 in repairs, I was beyond stressed. I had been told there was water damage in my walls, vanity, cabinets, and other areas and had already started preparing myself and my home for a massive project. Then Corey walked in. He thoroughly assessed everything and quickly determined that I did NOT have the extensive damage I had been led to believe I had. In fact, there was only one very small area that actually needed to be addressed. Just like that, six days of stress disappeared. I could finally breathe. I am so grateful for his honesty!! He could have easily gone along with what I had already been told, and I would have never known the difference. Instead, he was honest about what actually needed to be done and, just as importantly, what did NOT need to be done. After determining that the damage was so minimal that I could cancel the insurance claim I had opened, he even popped the trim off for me and offered to help remove the carpet I had already pulled up. And did I mention he did all of this on a SATURDAY EVENING? He came out because I genuinely believed I had an emergency on my hands based on everything I had previously been told. Corey saved me from an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, work, and expense. Thank you, Corey, for your professionalism, kindness, and, most of all, your honesty. It is incredibly refreshing to come across someone who genuinely wants to do the right thing. If you are looking for someone you can TRUST, call Corey. He absolutely saved me!
