Founded in 1827 by William Clark of Lewis & Clark fame, Paducah's significant American heritage can be traced to the city's strategic location at the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers. SERVPRO came out on very short notice at a time when we desparately needed help. They quickly and efficiently got wet carpet up, baseboards up, and immediately began the drying process-their rapid response undoubtedly prevented damage to our drywall as well as preventing mold. We had two Covid cases in our office. Our protocol, close immediately and have the office professionally sanitized. I called on a Thursday afternoon after closing early. I did not want my office closed another day. They were there that evening right after 5. We were able to open regular business hours the next day.
