I found my floor had been saturated with water from my hot water heater on a Sunday evening. I called Serpro and within the hour, they had equipment being set up at my house to remove and dry the floor that was neccesary. They stayed diligent until my floor was dry and not just dry to the touch but making sure my floor got the right humidity levels. I couldn't compliment this company any better.
