Edgerton Cleanup and Restoration

I contacted ServPro following extension water damage to our home in 5 months ago. It was after 9pm but the crew arrived within 90 minutes of the initial call and got to work. They finished all the water removal, drying the house, mold mitigation, pack out of all our belongings and furniture and demolition. Jessica was our lead and her team of Kaliya, Alyssa, Joe, Justin, Zion, Marcos, Thomas, and Amanda. Albert was our demolition lead and I wish I had kept better track of all the names on our job and they deserve that recognition. It takes alot of time and effort to do this work and they were great! The warehouse team of Lupita, Reina, Alicia, Erica and Mike were great. We were able to pick up a few things from the warehouse and the rest of our belongings were delivered back to our home in great shape! ServPro of Olathe gets 5 star out of 5 stars!

We have extensive storm damage to our home. Serv Pro was recommended by our insurance and is a preferred provider. The project manager, Daniel, came out the same day to assess what was needed. He had a team at the house by 9:00 the next morning (on Saturday!) to provide emergency services and preventative for future damage. He had all the contacts and resources needed. He was efficient, organized, caring, respectful. He's followed up with us daily and worked closely with insurance. Daniel brought in a demolition crew to pack all the contents of the effected area and take out carpeting. Zion J., Jacob R., and Tre B. Worked hard and did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves. Showed respect and thoughtfulness. They've all been so helpful. I don't know how I could have handled all this without Daniel and his crews. He has gone above and beyond. He has been a blessing. I'm a control freak and I've been able to turn it all over to him. We're just about to head into reconstruction and I trust that the next project manager, Mike, will be exceptional as well.

I just had my basement remodeled with Servpro and the contact person was Chad Staab, He did a great job making sure that every concern of ours was met and done proper. I give him five stars for great communication.
