I was devastated when water ended up all over my kitchen floor and into the basement, which I could not get to stop. My insurance company sent SERVPRO to start the process of drying the kitchen and basement entry. I was with the inspector when he evaluated the damage. I was shocked to find that the water had completely ruined the hardwood floor and cabinets in the kitchen, and the downstairs was completely damaged as well! SERVPRO came into our home when our family was devastated,

The entire team that came out to my house was outstanding. Dorian came by and did an initial inspection. No later than twenty minutes was his team Daniel, Jesus and Joseph on site setting everything up. Everyone was very transparent and communicated well about ETAs and visits. My damage caused quite a bit of power to be used and I had a late evening work call and my computer was tripping the breaker. Daniel stayed extra late to rewire the machines so I could complete my work call successfully. I would recommend SERVPRO 100%.
