Fort Branch, Indiana is the largest town in the beautiful Gibson County. The start of Fort Branch, Indiana was in 1852 and the land has been prosperous ever since. The railroad was built through the territory which created the town and they soon added a post office. It is a beautiful community that houses Fort Branch High School, and Fort Branch Community school (K-8th). Another highlight of the community is their public library which is a branch of the Fort Branch-Johnson Township Public Library system. The community has so much to offer, and the people are so welcoming.
A fun fact about the county that Fort Branch is located in (Gibson County), the county was mentioned in an essay written by Mark Twain that talked about Sherriff Thomas Beloat stopped a lynching. Thomas's bravery was mentioned in the essay.

One year ago this month my basement flooded. My insurance agent stopped by and called SERVPRO of Vincinnes right away!! They were there the next morning early and they were there for the next four days with dryers and dehumidifiers and everything that they needed to make sure my basement was safe and not going to grow mold and I really appreciate everything that they did. In today's environment these guys are second to none. We had a mold issue, our furnace vents were cleaned, and the outside of our siding and gutters were cleaned up after mold. They really made it "Like it never even happened."
