I had an extensive water leak in March that started in my upstairs and went through the ceilings and floors to the main level and standing water in my basement. The water was in the ductwork also. JohnMichael had his crew out quickly and they started immediately when they arrived removing wet items and ripping out everything wet.
Clark was the main person in charge at my house and is a super friendly great guy to work with. The whole crew were very professional and friendly. They helped me move out furniture and go through all the kids toys and everything in between and separate wet and dry.
They had my ceilings and floors removed and holes in the walls below the baseboards for drying. Removed all the ductwork with water in it and got the dryers and air movers and did a wonderful job with demo and cleanup.
The whole experience was great from the beginning to end, working with us and waiting on the insurance check. Truly professional and everyone at the worksite were so friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
We had a large-scale flood in our school building. SERVPRO was on-site hours after the rain stopped. JonMichael, Elizabeth, Will and the rest of the crew did a great job of cleaning up the mess. We recently had an issue of water in our basement due to a leak in an outside faucet. Jon Michael Deisher and his crew did a fantastic job of assessing the situation, getting the water out, and prepping for new carpet to be put down. Highly recommend SERVPRO for any size of disaster in or around your home! Their receptionist was cheerful and sweet, and got me in touch with a technician right away. I had a tech, JonMichael, at my home the very next morning (we live an hour away from their office). He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated throughout the entire process, and was very pleasant to work with. Their office manager also worked directly with our insurance company to process the invoice for our water leak and damage claim, and patiently walked me through the process. She was down to earth and a pleasure to chat with! We appreciated the family-feel of this business, and how straight-forward and honest they were with damage assessment and pricing. Highly, highly recommend!
There is not one bad thing I can say about them. My basement flooded on a Saturday. Three more houses did in my neighborhood as well. SERVPRO came into my house, sat down with me, discussed details of how they'd handle it and made me feel comfortable before starting anything. They will walk you through your stuff and suggest what should be thrown out and what you can keep. What they can clean and what they can't. They are very transparent. By the end of the process (they were here about a week due to 12 inches of water) we were all friends and calling each other by names and joking around. Most of the time with companies you feel like strangers are in your home, not them. SERVPRO was respectful and they made your home still feel like home. No complaints from me. Thank you guys!

Our four owners, Leonard, Mary, Danny, & Morgan Drewes all work at SERVPRO of Vincennes. Leonard is typically involved behind the scenes with SERVPRO but is always ready to go out in the field when we get extremly busy. Danny is our general manager and focuses on our day to day operations. Mary is our bookkeeper, and Morgan is in charge of sales. Our team is also made up of special individuals who we truly feel are family too. We have been blessed with this business and the people that work here.
