Jenny and her team were amazing! Our sump pump failed in our basement, causing water damage throughout our basement. I called SERVPRO which was recommended by our insurance company. They had a team out to our house with 15-20 mins of me calling to help us with the cleanup. They were great with communication explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Five stars to Matt, Jennifer, Heather, and Pedro!! They came to my rescue after a sprinkler failure flooded our condo. They responded within hours of the damage, and stayed at it for 2 weeks straight, making sure the job was done right! The entire experience was smooth, professional, well communicated, and efficient. Matt handled the insurance people, coordinated the work crew, and always kept me updated. Jennifer, Pedro, and Heather busted their tails off to properly remove all the damaged areas.
