Five stars to Matt, Jennifer, Heather, and Pedro!! They came to my rescue after a sprinkler failure flooded our condo. They responded within hours of the damage, and stayed at it for 2 weeks straight, making sure the job was done right! The entire experience was smooth, professional, well communicated, and efficient. Matt handled the insurance people, coordinated the work crew, and always kept me updated. Jennifer, Pedro, and Heather busted their tails off to properly remove all the damaged areas. We had a big leak in our upstairs bathroom that went through to the basement - soaking everything...baseboards, drywall flooring, ceiling, you name it. I was so nervous and very anxious about the thought of moisture in the home with young ones. Not only were they kind and their work ethic was outstanding, but they are also just all-around good people. While I don’t miss the water damage, we do miss their presence as they made such an unfortunate situation better. I wouldn’t wish this kind of damage on others, but if you are to have any water damage, I do hope that you get Robert and his team. The attention to detail and work ethic is unmatched. Their kindness and communication are the best.
We had a flood in our basement and SERVPRO was fast and efficient. The Crew Chief is Robert, and the technicians are Jeremiah and Pedro. All very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
