We had a septic back up and sump pump all go out at once, of course, on a late Friday afternoon. We called SERVPRO on Saturday morning with low hopes of being able to get anyone out due to weekend hours and scheduling, and not only could they get someone out that day, they came within about an hour and a half. The gentleman, David W., was the tech on service and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond explaining things thoroughly, was very friendly, and had our best interest at heart. When he left, three other servicemen came out and they were equally friendly and knowledgeable. We suffered catastrophic water damage to our floors in the kitchen, dining- and living rooms. The entire floor had to be removed down to the joists and treated for mold. I was very pleased with how attentive, timely and understanding the SERVPRO staff was with excellent attention to detail. The subcontractors they brought in were exceptional.
