The small town of Coggon is known as "The One and Only" because it is the only town in the world that bears the name. This small town was known by several different names including Manhattan, Green's Mill and then Nugent's Grove which was shortened to simply Nugent. It was changed one last time to Coggon and will likely never have another name change due to its uniqueness. They worked directly with our insurance company and coordinated everything from carpet cleaning to cupboard removal and reinstallation, tile replacement and trim work.
