Lindsey and brett were amazing to work with when our water heater had a leak and sent a crew out to our house in a matter of hours to access, document, and get the water damaged area dried out in our basement! Jon and crew were so caring, courteous and kind, while taking care of matters with the initial visit as well as each follow-up visit! The Kellogg’s and crew took control of a very stressful situation!
We are just finishing up with a project and the SERVPRO crew has been great. We had water in our basement and left a message on a Sunday, Jon and another gentleman showed up Monday morning and got right to work. They helped us move a couple of larger furniture items and gave us advice on what to do for repairs. Kacey in the office was tremendous with communication and getting us worked in to the schedule as quickly as possible for the follow up items. They have done everything they said they would, showed up when they said they would and have been friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a chipped piece of counter top that happened while moving furniture and they are taking responsibility and resolving that issue as well no questions asked. Great experience overall.
