Blue Grass Cleanup and Restoration

We woke up last weekend to find our finished basement family room/storeroom/guest bedroom/bathroom/ and laundry room carpeting and padding completely saturated. Our sump pumps evidently didn’t function properly or couldn’t keep up. My husband called ServPro at 2pm. After speaking with ServPro’s representative and explaining our situation, she explained their procedure. Another team member would come evaluate our “level of emergency”. Based on those findings, they schedule a team to come to do the actual work. The receptionist called back within the hour (!) with a time that the “examiner” would be at our home. After he finished his evaluation of our damage, the work team was scheduled. Steve and Brent were already providing service in other homes here in Eldridge so when they were caught up, they came to us. They arrived a couple of hours later and went right to work! My goodness! These two men worked efficiently and thoroughly! They were professional and obviously took great pride in their quality of work and they both were extremely friendly, too! They didn’t waste any time at all! They removed all the carpeting and padding, all the tack stripping and cleaned up after they finished! Steve and Brent with ServPro were the best, and their work-ethic and professionalism were impressive! If we should ever need another service, of ANY kind, we will call ServPro and we would recommend them to everyone we talk to about our disaster, and the efficiency we experienced.
