What our
Makakilo customers are saying
We can't say enough about the care SERVPRO showed us during the most traumatic and devastating time in our lives. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion they showed our family after we lost our home and four cars in a fire. During such an overwhelming and emotional time, their team went above and beyond to help us through the process. Everyone was personable, empathetic, helpful, and efficient, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. They took great care with the items we hoped could be saved and treated them with so much respect. When everything was ready, they delivered our belongings to our rental home in clearly marked boxes, making it so much easier for us to begin finding and using the things we needed. They even separated my daughter's items so that she could find her things to take to her new rental unit. What meant the most to us was the time and care they took to save some of my grandmother's pieces—some of the only sentimental items we have left. Those items are truly irreplaceable, and I will always be grateful for the effort they made to preserve them. Heather kept me updated during each step of the process and even sent me pictures along the way. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and the care they showed our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Heather, Ray, JD, Mark, the list goes on and on. Even our neighbors commented on the care the showed to our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mitigation and restoration services.
Jamal and Chance came over to demo my floor and base boards, they both worked together and efficiently. They were able to work around the things that we left in the area which I appreciate since I imagine it’d be a headache. Amazing service from these guys
Rajesh came really quick and scanned all the affected areas. Gave a prompt and honest evaluation of the situation. Strongly recommended.
Philip and Alfred did a great job. Doing a fantastic demolition to complete the job.
Juan, Allan and Reyden did an excellent job. Very prompt service. Answered all the questions we asked. Their crew was very experienced and very, very helpful. We can’t say nothing more than, THANK YOU!
Ray was very helpful in the restoration process for my floors. Explained process well
After my washer flooded my apartment, Allan from Servpro came and helped dry up the place. He and his team are incredibly helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend!
Thank you Raj for promptly coming to our unit to contain the mold until your guys can work on actual remediation. I understood your explanation and the next steps to expect.
Raj came and checked out our water damage after a washing machine failure we’d experienced. He was very courteous while doing what needed to be done, in requesting for photos and more information if it was needed. He was great at explaining the damages and was thorough about what repairs were needed in order to salvage our home. Thank you to Raj! Will be waiting for the repair guys to come in 🤗
