Michael, I’d like to take this opportunity and show my appreciation towards Frank and his team for the reconstruction project on my Home located at 87-1958 Pakeke Street, APT R, in Waianae. Additional praise should also go to Shelby, who was very helpful, communicative, and down to earth during the process. Frank went above and beyond to ensure my family was happy with the reconstruction. When my wife and I did not like any of the floor options which was originally set forth by viloor flooring, he went to Home Depot and chose the exact flooring which was requested. Furthermore, without hesitation, when we returned to the home and were not completely satisfied with a portion of the ceiling he immediately scheduled for it to be corrected and it was completed the same day the deficiency was noted. First , Frank V. from reconstruction department, as Jordan, Shelby, Chad and X , was so unbelievable awesome.. Frank especially is so genuine and patience with me , the whole way threw my renovations. Due to water damages from another unit, it has been so stressful. Frank literally walked me threw and his input was always on spot. Everything he suggested worked out for the best. It’s very hard to find characters with honesty and integrity.
Chad and X was his crew, always on time and would return calls or answer questions with no problem. They completely did an excellent job and very good work ethics.

The owners Glenna and Andy Maras are just the people you need to be helping you when you've had some kind of disaster in your home. I recently had a small flood after the recent storms, and I wanted to make sure that the walls were completely dry before fixing the damage. As a health practitioner, I know the serious damage to your health that mold can do. So, I asked SERVPRO to come in and check, he immediately saw that the walls were not completely dry, using his fabulous thermal machine, and so they brought fans sealed off the area and dried the wall.
