Kapolei Water Damage Restoration and Cleanup
Our technicians are certified not only in water damage restoration, but smoke and fire damage restoration as well. Our initial evaluation starts with a simple analysis of what is wet and what is dry in the property. Our team members will come in using infrared cameras, and moisture meters to determine the extent of the damage.
Water extraction is one of the first steps that we do. It’s important because it’s the fastest way to remove water from a property. We identify materials we know we cannot save such as laminate flooring, drywall, baseboards, and more. Basically porous materials that have been affected with category 3 water.
We then dry out what’s left by placing large fans and dehumidifiers which can remove and pull moisture out of building materials. Everyday our technicians will come in and take moisture readings of the affected areas and this is why we show up daily.
