Twin City, home of the George L. Smith State Park is a serene, exquisite & small community. The Historic District of Twin City includes roughly 255 acres of historic commercial, residential and community resources that lead to the development of two towns (Summit & Graymont) that became one (Twin City) in 1921. Like many others in the area, Twin City really progressed thanks to the Rogers & Summit Railroad.  Many refer to Twin City as the “little city with a big history”, and that couldn’t be more accurate.  This wonderful little city has seen many “ups & downs”, but regardless of the massive economic changes that have taken place, the residents in Twin City remain to be some of the nicest, most sincere people you could ever meet.
