The Enclave is a well established neighborhood in the Atlanta Metro and consists primarily of large homes, reasonably valued between $325K to $555K. Built during 2006 or 2007, the typical square footage of these homes range from 2,91 to 4,463 sq. ft. and are made up of between 4 to 6 bedrooms with 3 to 5 bathrooms.

The Enclave is located between The Glenn and Derwood neighborhoods off of Fairburn Road SW in Atlanta. There is a beautiful 17+ acre park nearby called Deerwood Park which includes activity areas for tennis, basketball, baseball, picnic shelter and a playground. Local schools include Deerwood Academy School, Bunche Middle School, Continental Colony Elementary School, and Therrell High School.

After a company walked away from the water restoration project I had I was so stressed out. I did some research and got a hold of Servpro I don’t remember who answered the phone but she was so kind and understanding and made me feel like I would be taken care of in a very stressful time.
