The house was built in the mid 80s resulting in some items not being readily available today, i.e. baseboard molding, wall paper patterns, cabinetry, yet together we identify viable options and at comparable prices!

SERVPRO came and removed all the furniture from our downstairs room due to water damage from the bathrooms. They were very professional and efficient led by Iris Carrero the Content Specialist. I would definitely recommend these folks. When the carpet was replaced, they brought back our furniture and put it all back.
We had a water heater expansion tank burst in our basement and water covered our entire basement. They removed soaked padding, installed fans/dehumidifiers to dry the carpet, replaced the padding and cleaned the carpet. Naseem Parker was highly responsive, polite, neat and did quality work throughout the process. He kept us informed all along the way and were very customer service oriented. It was a very pleasant surprise to have this level of service in today's world! Thanks again SERVPRO!
I used SERVPRO for my water mitigation and home reconstruction project. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my home reconstruction. They were very detailed and took their time with the construction. My kitchen is so unrecognizable compared to the original structure. The cabinets and the floors were beautifully done and added to the aesthetic of the house. They also repaired some mistakes done by previous contractors. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome.
