South Atlanta Cleanup and Restoration

The Contents Specialist Team worked all day at our home. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Jabrl, Diego and Daniela all worked so hard and did not stop until they were finished! I highly recommend this team of outstanding people and workers. They were kind, courteous and so very HELPFUL!!!

I experienced a roof leak due to the storm on Wednesday evening and Servpro was quick to respond to remediate the water damage. Xavier was able to determine the source and setup to treat the damage. He was very professional.

Yeraldine and Wallace from the contents/packing department were excellent at their job extremely professional and very helpful . I am really grateful to both. Xavier was my lead technician. He was wonderful to work with. He thoroughly examined my area of mold and made his recommendations. He also provided options for me to think about. He was very professional and I highly recommend him!

After a company walked away from the water restoration project I had I was so stressed out. I did some research and got a hold of Servpro I don’t remember who answered the phone but she was so kind and understanding and made me feel like I would be taken care of in a very stressful time. The next day Cedrick and Lowe were so patient and caring. They did not make me feel judged and made sure and confirmed all the wet areas. If I had any doubt they reassured my husband and I. Once we got the ok from insurance they proceeded with the work. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was taken care of. The next two days the Chris’ followed up and collected the machines when everything was dry. Once again they made sure I had peace of mind. I highly recommend them for water restoration. It’s very sad that one Compnay left me on my own but Servpro came to the rescue and I was very happy from the phone call to the follow up crew.
