Every year there is an arts and crafts festival on the day before Easter known as “Another Blooming Festival”. Some of Metter’s notable attractions are the Willow Lake Golf Course, The Candler County Museum which is located within the Candler Co. Historical Society and The Guido Gardens. The downtown district has several picturesque gift shops and delicious lunch spots.
