If you have MOLD, make sure you call SERVPRO to begin with! We had mold in our crawl space that was making me sick. We used a company out of Royston that did encapsulations and they assured us they could eradicate the mold. Little did we know that you don't use a souped up clorox to do that and as a result our house was poisoned with chlorine gas! WE CALLED SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties and they were here in a flash and knew exactly what to do. Yes, it was a lengthy process which called for washing each floor joist down and than drying several times over a couple of weeks but we were able to get back in our home much more quickly than if we had waited for the chlorine to off-gas. (like 6+ months!). Their cleaning crew then came in and cleaned the entire interior from top to bottom to get rid of the chlorine crystals that had formed on all the exposed surfaces. If only we had called SERVPRO in the beginning we could have saved ourselves many dollars and lots of anxiety!
Lee and Mathew did an excellent job of cleaning the HVAC system in this 1965 circa home. When they completed the job, the house had no odor nor evidence of old dirt. Good job, well done and reasonably priced. Thanks.

Here’s a tip, no matter how good a housekeeper you think you are, always have the guys show you the waste water after your house is finished. It’s humbling!
