Our consultation and estimate were completed 72 hours after I called. Shelley was polite and thorough. The work was scheduled at our convenience and completed 1 week after our consultation. The service technicians were also polite and considerate. The work took about 3 hours. The men cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend SERVPRO and would use them again.
The workmen arrived exactly when scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and informative. Worked very efficiently and cleaned up all their materials and trash before they left. I highly recommend these guys. They did an excellent job.

I had a busted water pipe flooding my house. After shutting off the water, I called SERVPRO. They came out within 30 minutes and had their fans and dehumidifier going right away. When they returned the next morning, my expensive vinyl plank flooring was dry as was the subfloor and they did not have to pull it up!!! They saved my flooring and I am forever grateful.
One of our toilet tanks flooded our house Monday night- thank God it was clean water but it was everywhere! Lee and Callie from SERVPRO were out here in a few hours and worked until 2 am to get the water up and place equipment. Lee made sure we understood what we were in for and answered any questions we had. He and Callie were very thorough, professional, and helpful. Throughout the week we had the pleasure of also working with Robbie, Kristen, Heather, David and Angela. They came everyday to check the humidity and their equipment- they also checked on us to make sure we were ok- by phone and in person. Lee called every time he made contact with our insurance adjuster as well to keep me in the loop. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a lot of different people, but they all knew what was going on and worked together like a well oiled machine. Can't say enough good things about them and will use them for anything I can!
