History of Delray Beach
The area was first inhabited by various Native American groups. The first non-indigenous residents were a party of African Americans from the panhandle of Florida, who arrived in 1884 and eventually established a school—partially because their numbers had increased so much they needed one! Eventually, the area was incorporated into a municipality by the state of Florida. The city of Delray Beach has been restoring its historical structures and landmarks, including the Colony Hotel and Old School Square.

We had water damage in our ceiling from an air conditioner. SERVPRO was recommended to us from our dear friends who are State Farm agents. Chris, Jose, Danny, Christian and Victor came to our house immediately to extract the water. They all were wonderful with bringing in other contractors (A/C, electrical and drywall) to help remediate the issues. Doug, the manager was just incredible and very trust worthy. We highly recommend SERVPRO.
My rental condominium (1300 square feet) had a deep and offensive stench from the prior tenant's smoking with a yellow film on counters, cabinets, etc. Cleaning the vents and a/c handler had no effect. SERVPRO of Delray Beach was very thorough and detailed in their estimate. After I resolved to use their services, they were very prompt in making arrangements and were very timely. I live 900 miles away, so all was done remotely. Could not have been easier. The first treatment eliminated 95% of the odor; cleaning was complete. They provided a second treatment free of charge and we are about 98% there now :). Did these negative reviews use the same SERVPRO of Delray Beach that I did? Just ask for Josh or Jill and go from there. I had an extreme case and could not be more pleased. Trust me, I am critical.
SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was very professional, polite and informative. They had their own Project Manager at the site, they called me promptly every morning to let me know the staff was heading to the property. I asked them for references on companies that do Air testing, they provided me 3. The service was warrantied until passed the air quality test.
I would refer them without thinking twice to anyone that needs mold remediation in Boca Raton, FL. Thanks specially to Doug, Jill, Josh.
