I used SERVPRO to have my ac ducts cleaned after having my house fumigated for termites. The fumigation left a foul smell near one of my ac ducts. Needless to say, their staff went above and beyond with their service. Once the ducts were cleaned and the smell persisted, another crew came into my home to locate the odor. My rental condominium (1300 square feet) had a deep and offensive stench from the prior tenant's smoking with a yellow film on counters, cabinets, etc. Cleaning the vents and a/c handler had no effect. SERVPRO of Delray Beach was very thorough and detailed in their estimate. After I resolved to use their services, they were very prompt in making arrangements and were very timely. I live 900 miles away, so all was done remotely. Could not have been easier. The first treatment eliminated 95% of the odor; cleaning was complete. They provided a second treatment free of charge and we are about 98% there now :). Did these negative reviews use the same SERVPRO of Delray Beach that I did? Just ask for Josh or Jill and go from there. I had an extreme case and could not be more pleased. Trust me, I am critical.
Excellent customer care and service. All staff members showed a very professional display and seemed to work as a team to deliver the best service. My issues were manifold including mold, nicotine contamination, rust, odor removal and others. All of the problems are now resolved and I would recommend, without reservations, SERVPRO of Delray Beach, to any of my friends.

After pulling out our kitchen cabinets we found mold behind the sink base. SERVPRO properly removed the mold and installed new drywall in the affected area.
The SERVPRO team did a very nice job of containing the moldy area and removing the problem. Within 24 hours of discovery, they had it completely remediated. A finishing contractor came about a week later to finish the drywall at the end where more attention to detail was needed. Excellent service, professionalism and response time.
Everyone I dealt with at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was always available, returned my e-mails, texts and phone calls. I live in NY and was having the work done in a Florida apartment. They were in touch with me to let me know how the work was progressing. They worked until we got a clean mold report from the inspector. I would call them again if needed.
