I experienced a horrendous leak following torrential rain in 2 bedrooms. I called Russ Locandro who sent out Randy as promptly as possible. Randy was thorough and polite. He gave me a straight forward explanation of what needed to be done and got to work right away to help my family. His team came daily to check machines and assess the work. His team was honest and courteous. If an emergency were to happen again, I will definitely contact Randy and his team.

I’m happy with the service that Ken, Reuben provided. Was initially assigned Reynard, but he left the company and no one called to schedule. Finally, I got the manager who assigned back to Ken and apologized for any inconvenience. Have a small issue with the cabinet paint, but working with the vendor.
