Oakleaf is a relatively new development in Clay County. State Road 23 (First Coast Expressway) runs right through Oakleaf. The future beltway will be a breath of fresh air for landlocked residents in the heart of Clay County. It will connect I-10 to I-95, alleviating some congestion on I-295.
