In 1926, French businessman Henry Levy converted an underwater swampland into what is now known as Normandy Isles, a neighborhood of North Beach in the City of Miami Beach, Florida. There is a unique mix of architecture from the 1920s through to the post-war building boom that brought an influx of mid-century design. My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. After a flood on Thanksgiving day, Rafael sent his team out immediately, and charged me a super fair price. Rafael, who was also my initial contact, made himself available 24 hours / day until the job was done, even though his technicians were already on it. The 1st tech Jose Almonte, who came to install all the equipment was extremely gracious and worked hard to figure out the best way to approach it. Freddy Lopez came when it was time to pick up all the equipment, and went way beyond his duties to make sure everything was left in great condition. Thank you!! I recommend this company very highly.
