Together they have grown the Miami Beach territory, and expanded to other parts of Miami-Dade and Monroe (Florida Keys) Counties.  Team Hrbek-Iglesias has carved out its niche by providing lightning-quick, one-stop-shop project turnarounds to accommodate the special needs of commercial customers.  In 2024, it performed what one client called "The 90-Hour Miracle" -- a complete restoration of a hospital operating room suite that saved a hospital's surgery schedule worth millions of dollars. "Every hour that ticks away means big losses in revenue for our commercial customers," Iglesias said.  "Hospitals, hotels and schools cannot afford to shut down. They need their facilities back, safe and clean, like yesterday -- not two weeks from now."
