Mossy Head, Florida, is an unincorporated community in Walton County, situated along Mossy Head Brach, a tributary of the Shoal River. You can still see mossy trees and a spring flowing into a small gorge while walking the trail at Mossy Head Park or crossing the bridge to Mossy Head School.
