Following a water damage incident which was also taken care of by this SERVPRO branch I elected to have them do the reconstruction of the ceiling of the room that was affected. Everyone (Eric and Jay the PM) handling the job were excellent. They got the estimate to my carrier promptly and were able to schedule me right away after the approval was given. It was a small job in comparison to others I'm sure, but they got me fixed up right away and after 3 days my bedroom that was affected appears as if nothing happened. Shout out to the recon people Marco and his assistant for put the room back together too. Thank you guys so much for making a difficult experience very easy.
We are writing to share our wonderful experience with the Team that came out to our home to conduct mold remediation. We experienced two ceiling leaks recently, one of which - unbeknownst to us was a slow leak, thus there was mold.
The clean up crew: Eric, Italio and Wilamen came to our home to provide the services. They were exceptionally professional and meticulous in performing the services. They took great care in moving furniture, containing the areas requiring remediation, setting up equipment and cleaning up and removing all debris. There is not a speck of dust in our house! Importantly, Eric explained what they were doing as well as post clean up planning (e.g., equipment left on) and follow up (equipment removal, etc.). Today's crew that came to remove the equipment and containment plastic were also wonderful.

Danielle, and her wonderful team of Junior, (who is a huge strong guy), Nikkie, Karlya and all the crew (who are the hardest working people you’ll ever meet!) took care of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE when we had a fire at the school where I work! They took care of every issue with incredible speed, efficiency, the latest equipment, deep “know how,” man power and loving care for the biggest messiest smelly dirtiest most dangerous job right down to the smallest details! Their incredible and thorough knowledge of how to deal with our insurance company and all the trades people made the clean up so fast, so seamless and as easy as possible for us!!!! They saved our school and patiently cared for each one of us teachers along the way in our most overwhelming and scary time.
