When tornadoes and microbursts surprised us all in May 2018, many local businesses and residents experienced structural damage to their homes and commercial buildings.
Our team was very busy responding to water damage calls from homeowners whose basements were flooded from rainwater. We also boarded roofs and cleaned up glass from broken windows on houses that were damaged by fallen trees and limbs. With many homes without power due to damage from the wind, we brought emergency generators and heaters to the homes so that we could start the restoration process.
While storms that bring tornadoes are a rare event in New Haven County, snowstorms are not. Every winter brings burst pipes from freezing temperatures and harsh winds, ice dams that cause water damage and damaged roofs from tree branches that fall due to the heavy weight of snow and ice. Our team is experienced and trained to restore homes from storm damage correctly and quickly, which minimizes the risk of secondary damage. From the start, Greg has focused on building a skilled team, providing both certification training and hands-on experience.
