West Granby Cleanup and Restoration

Very grateful to Fabio, Noemi, and Angela for their help with emergency water mitigation help today. They thoroughly assessed where the moisture was, cleaned up all the residual water that went to our basement from the second floor, and placed all the drying equipment for drying monitoring. They arrived promptly and were considerate of our use of the space, especially our kids, during the process. They methodically went from floor to floor documenting all the damage, and they were creative about not overloading a circuit board with the equipment.

After having a fire in our garage I was totally over whelmed with the clean up ahead. Servpro came in. Vanessa and Ginger came in with two other team mates and took over. Vanessa was the lead person . They were so very professional, respectful of our losses , patient with us and worked endlessly. They heat was unbearable but they never complained. Just continued to do their job. And 6 days of early mornings until it was time for the work day to end. I am so very, very pleased with the end result. I have not one, not one compliant. Through it all They were so pleasant, respectful , and we did have many laughs. They deserve the best as they gave us their very, very best. THANK YOU SO MUCH VANESSA,GINGER AND THE REST OF THE TEAM. Marcello was extremely thorough with his inspection of the water damage caused by a leaking ceiling pipe in basement. Marilyn & Lizbeth, were the agents who came to remove the many fans, the dehydrator and the trash barrel full of about 20 gallons of water. I was very pleased with the courtesy shown, their warm personalities, and sheer strength at the women's ability to carry fans and move that bucket of water up the basement stairs.

Balto, Fabio and Mérida were excellent and did an amazing job beginning to end. I highly would recommend them with the Bloomfield, CT crew.

Balty and his crew did a fantastic job after a fire in my home. They were quick, thorough, and incredibly professional. They did an amazing job cleaning the spot and ash off of every surface. It was a huge relief at a difficult time. Thanks to everyone involved!

SERV Pro arrived after the Septic Tank backed up in some of the condos in my complex. It was a disaster. Serv Pros Pedro and his team introduced themselves to me and explained what the clean up process entailed. They removed and discarded damaged items for us.
