After doing some initial research online, I came across SERVPRO and decided to give them a try- glad I did. Jessica was as professional and nice as they come and had someone out within an hour and it only got better from there. Tyler showed up and couldn't have been a better tech/project manager. As this was our first flood damage disaster, he took the time to explain everything from start to finish which I appreciated. He was there every day for the next 5 days to monitor and update on the progress. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I also liked the fact that you dealt with the same tech from start to finish and didn't have a different person every day. I'd give Tyler and SERVPRO 10 stars if I could.
SERVPRO did a great job helping with our flooded laundry room. We live in Green Valley Ranch and I was shocked that they arrived so quickly. All the water got sucked out and they even took out the wet tile and carpet pad. I’d highly recommend using them because they worked with my insurance and I didn’t have to pay them anything up front.
