I used SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin County during this past winter season as I had two kitchens flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Chafika which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but that there were several other homes affected by the recent snowstorm so there may be a delay.
Luckily they own three other SERVPRO franchises nearby so she was able to dispatch her Vail crew that was actually working on a fire loss in Glenwood Springs. Tony and his team kept me informed all through the process and were able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues. I tend to be a coupon clipper and go with the best deal on carpet cleaning..But I needed someone fast so I opened the yellow pages this time. Wow, I had no idea that "the get what you pay for" slogan applied to carpet cleaning. While these guys were a tiny bit more, not much...they were so much better. My carpets came much cleaner and I even had them clean my grout on my tile. I would highly suggest you call these guys!!!
