The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Chafika which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but that there were several other homes affected by the recent snowstorm so there may be a delay.
Luckily they own three other SERVPRO franchises nearby so she was able to dispatch her Vail crew that was actually working on a fire loss in Glenwood Springs. Tony and his team kept me informed all through the process and were able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues. Even my contractor was impressed which is hard to do. He said he will be using them as well. Just like their commercials say they made it "Like it never even happened."
