I cannot say enough good things about Luis, Evelyn, and their team. My home almost burned down in an urban wildfire and they handled the clean up and smoke mitigation of my home with such professionalism, industriousness, and empathy. Luis and Evelyn both communicated with me everyday, oftentimes more than once, to let me know when the team had arrived and left my house, and what tasks had been completed or were upcoming. It’s impossible for a team of 10 people to come in your home without any issues resulting, but Luis and Evelyn were incredibly responsive to any issues I raised. They always listened, never argued, and they handled or repeated tasks immediately. They worked tirelessly for 12 days straight, through weekends and without taking any days off. They were always available when I tried to reach them, responded immediately, and communicated effectively with the rest of the team to ensure the work was done well and as quickly as possible. I’ve had numerous home renovation projects and professional cleaning companies over the years and I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. I was the talk of my neighborhood because I was the first to get a team in working, and the first to be able to move back home after the fires. My neighbors all wanted to work with Luis and Evelyn, and even though they did not have capacity to take on additional work, Luis spent 45 minutes advising my neighbors on what work they should expect from their own restoration companies. I was just so impressed with Luis, Evelyn, and their team. Everyone was kind, respectful, and hardworking.

USAA INS adjuster was at my house before I was even allowed into my burned out neighborhood. When I contacted them they gave me my claim number and told me ServPro would be the leads on my clean up. ServPro has been excellent to work with. Dwight, Luis, Teresa, Conner, and Chris all handled different parts of the smoke damage inside and out of my house and property. I could not be happier. My neighbors are asking how I got service and clean up so FAST, GOOD INSURANCE and then they hire the best....Servpro My neighborhood fire was called Old Trail fire in Spokane, WA. ServePro did an excellent job dealing with a kitchen pipe leak with water damage to our home. They were able to start without delay, & were prompt & reliable with all of their visits. Communication was great to update us on the work being done, notification of arrival times, & letting us know when the work was completed. All of the employees were friendly & polite. Highly recommended.

Started work promptly by necessity and checking equipment daily and Techs were courteous and thorough with assessment and machinery. Have not received any Statement or Invoices. Nor testing results from Pinnacle Services.
