He explained to me each step necessary to provide a safe environment for the tenants. Daniel has excellent communication skills, which is highly necessary for a project manager role. I was pleased the way the entire team at ServPro handled my water emergency that occurred during a recent heavy rainstorm for my tenant and me. Jean at Servpro came to help us with an emergency kitchen sewer line leak. He stayed calm and show expert knowledge in restoration. He followed up with before and after pictures on the job. I will use Jean if we have any other needs.
