In June, we had flooding in our house due to a faulty washing machine. My husband called ServPro and they immediately came and started the clean-up process! The communication with Fernand and his crew was amazing! He kept us informed all throughout the process. Anthony and Kevin, along with the rest of the men who worked with them, were hard-working, kind, respectful individuals who helped make a very difficult situation for our family much easier to get through! I highly recommend them!
Great experience with Luis and Elmer doing the reconstruction on my condo in Palm Springs after my flood from a ruptured water line on my condo! They were total pros, efficient, fast, cleaned up after each day of work and just nice guys too!!! Give them a raise!! The initial water damage mitigation team were quick to respond, the demo team were great also and the contents manager team Alejandro was helpful and service with a smile! The only minor issue was some delay for a couple weeks after the drying and demo to get the reconstruction going, but some of this was due to scheduling and me receiving funds from my insurance company to begin the project. All in all I'm happy I chose Servpro!! 5 stars
