Fernand Lopez was Johnny-on-the-spot from beginning through service performed by Kevin D and D Allen. I was 500 miles away when I learned I had water damage in a bedroom. Fernand met my neighbor at my home to evaluate the situation. From there we scheduled a date to start the restoration. He was always available by phone or text.
