SERVPRO of Palos Verdes is amazing. Very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and went step by step through the entire process of how to proceed with water damage.
SERVPRO came when we needed them and were very efficient and helpful. Monique was always available when I needed to speak to her or text. They were very understanding of a stressful situation and helped out however they could. Hopefully, it will be many many years before I need their services again but if I do, they are my go to company.

SERVPRO of Palos Verdes was amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable and to top it off great customer service! Main water line burst, my Living Room, Dining Room, Office and Kitchen were affected. Not a great thing to come home to from Vacation. I called SERVPRO, they came and explained the complete process and answered all my questions. The crew and office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole crew. Highly recommended!
